    Bri Giese

    Bri's journey into nutrition is deeply personal. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure as a child due to a congenital heart condition, she improved her health through consistent lifestyle changes—eventually eliminating the need for medication.

    She has also navigated her own digestive challenges, including IBS, fatigue, brain fog, and food sensitivities, while supporting a family member with type 1 diabetes and obesity.

    Outside of clinical work, Bri is a weightlifter, film and TV actor, and former doula—experiences that shaped her empathy, resilience, and commitment to long-term care.
